We may have to pass your details to another Adviser if, for example your Adviser is ill or you need advice in a different product area. If your advisor leaves we may pass your details to another Adviser so that we can continue to provide you with a high standard of service.

We may send your information to third parties that are carrying out work on our/your behalf.

What information will we collect about you

The following personal information about you may be collected and held on our database, to service your enquiry: Name, Gender, Address, Date of Birth, Telephone, Email and identifiers assigned by public bodies.

This will either have come directly from you, public records or from other private organisations where your identifiable personal details will not be used to extract this information.
